She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Steward McPherson and Viola McPherson (Wohlfeil); her husband Stanley H. Thornton; and her children, Stanley D. Thornton (JoAnn) of Fremont and Sue Crans (Pete) of Fremont. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren; 2 sisters.
