It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Louise Gesco of Fremont, Michigan, born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kitchen and Hazel Kitchen (Kessler); and her grandparents, Charles, Fannie, Freeman and Nellie Gertrude.
She is survived by: her brother Wayne Kitchen (Nancy); her children, Gayle McFarland (Cynthia), John McFarland (Betty), Craig Alan McFarland (Tessa), Janell Paul (Larry) and Joni Cygeirt (Michael); her sister-in-law Nancy Braafhart; and her children, Brittiny, Nick, Kelli, Cindy and Amy. She is also survived by 13 grandsons, 5 granddaughters; and at last count, 35 great grandchildren; 2 nieces and 3 nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
