Jack Shively Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2021, at the age of 62, Jack Shively of Fremont, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Shively and Rose Shively (Pogue); his children, Jack Daniel Shively and Geneva Mae Shively; and his siblings, Earl Shively, Patricia Shively and Katherine LaNore.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane of Fremont; his grandchildren, Mercedes Lane Carr and Alana Lynn Carr-Stevens; and his siblings, Rosemary Estes, Michael Shively, Debra Rottman (Garry), Linda White, Sally Perez (Xavier) and Mark Shively (Lyn). He is also survived by several sisters-in-laws and brothers-in-laws; many nieces and nephews.
Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Shively family to assist with expenses.
