He is survived by: his parents, John Edward and Mildred Jean Cushman Sr. (Daunis) of Fremont; his sister Mary Frey (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Blake, Travis, Hannah, Miranda, Megan and Ty; and his great-nephew Jackson.
