He is survived by: his daughter Hillary Nelson (Mark Dunbar) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Conner and Airianna Nelson; his son Alex Parks (Samantha Waite) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Waite, Taylor Waite, Eli Waite and Reese Parks; his children, Shea Parks (Steven Hall) of Fremont and Beckham Grundel; and his brothers, Mark Siersema of Allegan, Roger Parks of Newaygo, Robert Parks of Wyoming and Ron Parks of Fresno, California. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
