She was predeceased by: her brother Jack Daniel Shively; her grandparents, Roy, Geneva Host, Harvey and Rose Shively; and also Edward Scott Carr.
She is survived by: her parents, Jack William and Nancy Jane Shively (Host) of Fremont; her daughters, Mercedes Lane Carr and Alana Lynn Carr-Stevens; and also Matthew Martin-Allen Stevens. She is also survived by aunts and uncles; cousins; and many dear friends.
