We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 91, Flossie B. VanAvery of Fremont, Michigan, born in Boyne City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Phillips and Christina Phillips (Taylor); her spouse Leslie "Yogi" VanAvery; and her brothers, Walter, Robert, William and Rudy Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, William VanAvery (Nancy), Ric VanAvery (Jodie), Deb Kraley (Larry), Pat Poe (Jim), Gary VanAvery and Cathy Adams (Larry); her siblings, Richard Phillips, Dorothy Bush, Barbara Benton, Donna Maxwell (Donald) and Dianna Ockaski; and her sister-in-law Lois Phillips. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren & 18 great-grandchildren.
