Dennis Lee Walker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Lee Walker of Fremont, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walker and Pearl Walker (Smith); his brothers, Jim Walker, Gerry Walker, Norm Walker, Chuck Walker and Mark Walker; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Walker, Shelby Walker, Theresa Nelson, Mickie Walker, Doug Jarvis and Orson Griffes.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Nelson; his children, Dennis Walker, Jr. (Doug), Tammy Ogren (Eric), Chad Walker (Stephanie) and Jeremy Walker; his grandchildren, Mac Thomas, Jessi Manfreda (Jay), Joey Thomas (Katelyn), Jaxon Walker, Alex Walker, Lexis Walker, Mya Walker, Eleese Walker, Garrett Ogren (Autumn), Julia Rose and Seth Reene; his siblings, Frank Walker (Nancy), Robert Walker, Helen Cipolla (Joe), Carol Jarvis, David Walker (Judith), Steve Walker and Richard Walker (Devvy); his sister-in-law Sinh Walker; and his close friends, Joe and Donna Kukal. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fremont United Methodist Church (351 Butterfield St, Fremont, MI 49412). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Jewell Cemetery.
