She was predeceased by: her father Geoffrey Douglas Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ellen Johnson (Smith) of Grand Rapids; her daughter Breanna Siersema of Fremont; her granddaughter Cali Mae Smith of Fremont; and her siblings, Greg Johnson (Lynda) of Coopersville, Ronald Johnson (Robin) of Newaygo, Steven Johnson (Darlene) of Grand Rapids and Sharon Cowan (William) of Greenville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
