She is survived by: her mother Susan "Ginger" Gibson of Fremont, MI; her son Bradly Benham (Shelby Ettinger) of DeWitt; her stepdaughters, Allison and Emily Nauta; her children, Franklin Nauta and Gabrielle Nauta of Fremont, MI; her brother Albert "Al" Gibson Jr. (Amanda) of Port St; and her grandchildren, Sydney Benham, Hunter Benham and Savannah Benham.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Inspire Church (918 Garden Ave, Fremont, MI 49412). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Cherie's family wishes to honor her memory by encouraging donations to Gilda's Club Grand Rapids, a cause close to her heart.
