She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gerst and Ann Zager; and her husband George Hartger. She is survived by: her niece Marcia Vanderwall; her nephew Ben Vanderwall of Fremont; and her close friends, Luci Berens, Frank and Ruth Ayre. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
