She is survived by: her children, Diana Reynolds, Brian Maynard (Lisa), Douglas Maynard (Julie) and Elden Maynard Jr. (Jillian); her grandchildren, Matthew Reynolds, Travis Maynard (Lisa), Mandy Daugherty (Rob), Ryan Maynard, Steven Maynard (Jennifer), Michelle Maynard (David Dunphy), Brittany Maynard and Elden Maynard III; her great grandchildren, Tiffany Daugherty, Adriana Daugherty, Kenzie Maynard and Becca Maynard; and her brother Raymond Cook.
