She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Frederickson and Alice Frederickson (Nash); her brother Denny Dale Frederickson; her granddaughters, Olivia and Emma Blakely; her sister-in-law Gay Blakely; her father-in-law Clare Blakely; and her aunt Marie Grinnell.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Blakely; her mother-in-law Joy Blakely; her sons, Kurt Blakely (Erin) and Kris Blakely (Tammy); her grandchildren, Carson and Hannah Blakely; her siblings-in-law, Kelly Blakely, Bruce Blakely, Jayne Blakely, Carol Gates (Mark) and Yvonne Frederickson; her nieces, Tina Fisher (Kevin) and Stacey Yeiter (Joe); and her cousins, Darrell Grinnell (Cheryl) and Sharon Neal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
