He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Calvert and Virginia May Wine Snavely; and his siblings, Dale, Bernice Barkdoll (Galen), Greta, Gladys Welch (Carl) and Lyle (Christeen).
He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine Wells (Dan) and Cheryl Allen (Tim); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth DuBois (Darrel) and Katherine Haff (Andrew). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
