He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Martz and Dorothy Martz (Converse); and his brother Jeff Martz. He is survived by: his wife Julia Hinckley; his children, Benjamin Martz, Jr. and Laura Martz (Brian); his grandchildren, Max, Moira, Garrett and Ellie Martz; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Martz.
