He was predeceased by: his parents, Devitte Johnson and Loretta Johnson (Taylor); and his wife Diane Johnson (Beutler). He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Duffy (Matthew); his grandchildren, Brianna Cornish (Jon), Jacob Duffy, Joseph Duffy, Miriam Duffy, Caleb Duffy and Rebekah Duffy; his great grandchild James Cornish; and his sister Nina Wallace. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
