He is survived by: his son Maynard Maltby (Alice); his daughter-in-law Phyllis Maltby; his stepdaughters, Pat Parsons and Nancy Kelpinski (Milton Esser); his nephew Michael; his niece Holly; his pet Mittens; his son Kenneth Maltby; his grandson Ty Maltby; his stepdaughters, Jeanine Coswell and Candy Holtz; and his stepson-in-law Orie Parsons. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
