He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene. He is survived by: his children, William Skimson, Michael Skimson, Mary Ann Moody, Jim, Michelle Dowker (Brian) and Dale Young (Jamiy); his sisters, Rosella Sadro and Eleanor Young; his daughter Deborah; and his brothers, Erwin and Arthur. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
