With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond J. Averill of Freeland, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on October 24, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Averill and Venetta Averill (Davidson). He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Weckle; his daughter Tammara [David] Lewin; his grandchildren, Jackson and Ryan of Streamwood, IL.; his son Timothy [Mary] Averill; and his grandchildren, Madelyn, Eryn Alec, Michael and Chloe of Dewit, MI..
