He is survived by: his wife Donna Periard (Dolsen); his children, Bethany Thompson (Damien) of Cypress, TX, Alex Periard of Bay City, MI and Michael Periard of Freeland, MI; his grandchildren, Diego and Scarlett Thompson; and his siblings, Bridget Periard, Don, Jerry and Steve Periard.
