It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James S. Dalaba of Freeland, Michigan, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dalaba and Jessie Pearl Dalaba (Proper); and his wife Letha Dalaba (Franklin). He is survived by: his daughter Connie Hynes (Rich); his grandchildren, Mitch Hynes (Tammy), Mike Hynes (Stephanie) and Marnie Hynes (Migel Ayala); his great grandchildren, Zak Hynes (India), Joel Hynes (Jessie) and Kody Portalatin (Melissa); and his siblings, Jack Dalaba, Mary Garza, Judy Staeigl, Juanita Hennington and Bonnie Kroll.
