He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Karen Gardner (Jim), Betty Lou Rood (Robert) and Donna Barczak; his grandchildren, John Gardner (Carrie), Brandon Rood (Amie), Stephanie Cauley (Ryan), Melissa Barczak, Alicia Griffin (Traver) and Matthew Barczak (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Anna Gardner, Ayden Rood, Alexa Griffin, Trinity Griffin, Hazel Barczak and Isaac Barczak; and his siblings-in-law, Violet Zabel (Dan), Janet Pruitt (John), Donald Hollingsworth (Jean), Barbara Watson (Robert) and Mary Lou Klemit.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter Lutheran School or to Zion Lutheran Church of Hemlock.
