He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Foy and Arthella B. Foy (Emeott). He is survived by: his wife Janet J. Lechmann; his children, Sandra Bonham (Scott), Mark Foye (Kerri), Karen Seaver and Kevin Foye; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bonham, Morgan Seaver, Russell Seaver and Mitchell Foye (Caitlyn Rhea); his great grandchild Maverick Foye; his siblings, Ronald Foye (Linda) and Janet Douglas; and his sister-in-law Joyce Lechmann.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (300 Johnson St, Freeland, MI 48623).
