He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hornsby and Christine Hornsby. He is survived by: his former wife Sally Lou Hornsby (Potter); his son Michael Daniel "Mike"; his daughter-in-law Sandra Ann "Sandy" Hornsby (Vosberg); his grandson Nathan Zane Hornsby; and his sister Petrina Mildred "Penny" Olson (Hornsby). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
