He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his sons, Charles (Darla), Dean (Vicki) and David (Susan); his grandson Mathew (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Grace, Thatcher and Chloe (Greg); his sisters, Carol Pence and Joyce Wood (Bruce); his sister-in-law Gail Rager (Chuck); and also, Cooper, Elle, Jacob (Ashley), Marcus, Sydney, Mackenzie (Hyder) and Adrienne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, due to allergies, the family asks that memorials be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
