We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2020, at the age of 83, Robert W Gancarz (Free Soil, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Gancarz and Kathryn Gancarz (Savich); and his siblings, Helen Gancarz and Jim Gancarz. He is survived by: his wife Deanne Gancarz (Mathews); his children, Jacqueline Ameluxen (Thomas), Kathryn Cerabona (Kenneth), Susan Niederkorn and Gabriel Gancarz (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Sydney Ameluxen, Elizabeth and Mark Cerabona.

Those who wish to remember Bob with a memorial donation are asked to consider contributing to the Catholic War Veterans Post 1847. Donations may be mailed to post Treasurer Mike Drake at 11127 Vitaz Rd, Brethren, MI 49619.
