It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie Vaughn Conroy of Free Soil, Michigan, born in Shelby, Michigan, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Conroy and Thelma Conroy (Smith); and his brother Monte Mitteer. He is survived by: his wife Roberta (Broek); his children, Jamie Powers (Michael), Terri Conroy and Monte Conroy (Amanda); his granddaughter Skylar; his great grandchild Kingsley Ray Vaughn; and his siblings, Rex Conroy (Shirley) and Jean Near (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Lonnie Conroy may be directed to VFW Camp Trotter Newaygo.
