He is survived by: his parents, Conrad "Buck" Owens and RoseAnn Owens (Armstrong) of Frederic; his sons, Ben Owens of Frederic and Andrew Owens of Frederic; his former wife Nickie Owens of Gaylord; his brother Paul Owens (Sue) of Big Rapids; and his sister-in-law Tanya Rice of Grayling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many cousins, aunts and uncles; and several great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Frederic Community Center (6470 Manistee St, Frederic, MI 49733).
