He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, August Renkert and Elizabeth Renkert (Schnieder); his wife Elsie Patricia Canfield; his children, Karen Westendorf (John), Donna Angott (Mark), Gloria Renkert, Thomas Renkert Jr. (Becky) and Nancy Colby (Norman); his siblings, Mary Chuhran (Ray) and Betty Akers; and his close friend Becki Stein. He was also cherished by great grandchildren.
