He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Schilling and Dora Schilling (Eggerman); his aunt William Bruchhaus; his grandchildren, Ray and Lucy; his spouse Lucille; his children, Doris August (Donald), Timothy Schilling (Rebecca), Dan Schilling Nguyen (Nicole) and James Tran (Yen); his grandchildren, Amanda Luft (Greg), Emily August, Nathan Schilling, Hannah Schilling, Bill Nguyen, Jacob Nguyen, Philip, Raymond and William Tran; his great grandchildren, Harper Luft and Breslin Luft; his siblings, Dorily Miller (Ronald), Frances Childers (John), Alice Pyle (Harley) and Gilbert Schilling; his sibling-in-law Beverly Schilling; and also Marie Bruchhaus. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
