She was predeceased by: her parent Leo Jenuwine; and her sibling Mark. She is survived by: her parent Ethel Jenuwine (Schoenherr); her husband Gerald Victor Horn; her children, Christopher Horn (Kristine), Kevin Horn (Kathy) and Barbra Burns (Timothy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mark, Alexis, Bradley, Sophia, Eleise, Margaret and Jackson; and her siblings, Donna Hyek (late Ray), Norman Jenuwine (Nadine), Thomas (Dorothy), Dale (late Tomie), Gary, Joseph and Shirley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
