He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Collis and Frances Collis. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Susan (Jeffrey) and Michael (Morgen); his grandson Mitchell; his siblings, David (Margaret), Gerald (Caren), Dennis (Lynn), Janet (late Carl), Kathleen (Donald) and Keith (Roxanne); and his pet Franklin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
