He is survived by: his wife Diane Arline Keith; his daughters, Sara Shunk (Christopher), Amy Mitchell and Yvonne Mantych (Mark); his grandchildren, Brandly Yakey, Alyssa Yakey, Thomas Lowell Mantych, Sophia Cheraniawski, Syvlia Shunk and Samantha Shunk; and his siblings, Charles Robert Mitchell (Ginger) and Karen Moore (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
