He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Duane "Sam" Cucinella and Eugene. He is survived by: his girlfriend Alexis Waple; his parents, Larry and Lori; his brother Eric (Jill); his nephew Abel; his niece Vada; and his grandmothers, Charlene Cucinella (late Norm Rupp) and Nora Strube. He is also survived by his family and friends.
