She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Dean and Pauline Rose Marie Hackett (Galante); her grandson Colton Szlenkier; and her sisters, Donna Hackett and Kathleen Grisham.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Szlenkier (Jason) and Tracy Fritts (William); her grandchildren, Paige Fritts and Kenedy Fritts (Cody Keller); her siblings, Cheryl Roarty, Kimberly Choley (Steve) and Donald Dean Hackett Jr.; her pet Nala; and also Jerry Smith. She is also survived by five grand dogs.
