It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Anita Gawlik of Fraser, Michigan, born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Gawlik and Helen Gawlik; and her son Jesse Mendoza. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Mendoza, Cynthia "PNut" Ortiz (Joshua) and Amanda Gawlik; her grandchildren, Gianni, Tiago, Noble and Temperance; her siblings, Elaine, Gloria Higgins (Roger) and Rodney "Buzz" (Nina); her nieces, Melanie, Larissa and Mikayla; and her nephew Donald.
