He is survived by: his parents, Linda Kubiak (Tom) and Paul Phillips Sr. (Carla); his wife Jessica Kuhl-Phillips; his sons, Sawyer and Easton; his siblings, Brandi Phillips (Meagen Bauer) of Colorado, Kali Phillips and Adam Phillips (Kristi); and his parents-in-law, David and Susanne Kuhl. He is also survived by several grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions a memorial service will take place at a later date.
