He was predeceased by: his daughter Katherine "Katie" Hilary Zack. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Zack; his child Merrill Zack (Ben Weber); his grandson Oscar Leo Zack-Weber; his siblings, Robert C. Zack (Lorraine) and Caroline A. Cooper (Stephen); and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Cooper (Debbi), Michael Cooper, Leslie Katz (Mitch), Daniel Leach and Emily Korobkin (Scott).
