He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Cassie Lietaert (Brady) and Nolan Clement; his grandchildren, Emilee and Eli Lietaert; his mother Carolyn Clement; his siblings, Ross and Diane; his nephews, Zach, Nick and Wyatt; and his aunt Pricilla.
