He was predeceased by: his father Gerald "Lewie" Johnson; and his sister Carol Jane Perry (Johnson). He is survived by: his mother Frances B. Johnson (Jewell); his siblings, JeriAnn Strickland (Johnson), Eric Johnson and John Johnson; and his brother-in-law Mark Perry (Ann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Frankfort United Methodist Church in Jim's memory.
