With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Louis Hopcian of Frankfort, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Joseph Hopcian and Sophie Joan Hopcian (Jankowski). He is survived by: his wife Carol McKee; his daughters, Emily and Kathryn; his siblings, Priscilla Kennedy (James), Tom Hopcian (Patty), Sandee Hopcian and Lorna Cavanaugh (Paul); his parents-in-law, Robert McKee and Janice McKee (Kilian); and his siblings-in-law, Bob McKee (Susan) and Lisa Wagner (Glenn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Gordie requested donations be made in his memory and honor to the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan or Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital (in Frankfort, Michigan).
