He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rupert Rex Vaughan and Cleo Cooter Vaughan of Georgia; his wife Carol Ann Sack; his children, Charles Vaughan of Swartz Creek, Christopher Vaughan (Chona) of Ewa Beach, Hawaii and Cynthia Ellington (Greg) of Frisco, Texas.; his grandchildren, Christopher Vaughan of Leesburg, Georgia, Samantha Vaughan of Flint, Michigan, Jason Vaughan (Yoanna) of Colchester, Vermont, Jennifer Lopez (Mikey) of Frankfort, Germany, Jessica Lirang (Rupert) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Elizabeth Ellington of Plano, Texas, Catherine Ellington of The Colony and Alexander Ellington of The Colony, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Iris Vaughan, Daphne Vaughan, Penelope Lopez, Ezekiel Lopez, Oliver Lirang, Gabriela Ellington and Isabel Ellington; and his sister Wanda Vaughan Sensabaugh (Tom) of Baileyton. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
