He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Richard Barritt; his siblings, Elmer Rodammer (Esther), Arnold Rodammer (Erna) and Selma Rodammer; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Trinklein and Michael Trinklein.

He is survived by: his spouse Leona Trinklein; and his children, Ruth Barritt of Frankenmuth, MI, John Rodammer (Kathy) of Newark, DE and Shirley Gibelyou (Lee) of Cadillac, MI.
