He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dean Ragan, Steve Ostrander and Dee Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Ragan; his sons, Jeffrey Ragan (Ashley) of Bridgeport, Adam J. Ragan of Frankenmuth, Aaron J. Ragan of Frankenmuth and Nicholas J. Ragan of Frankenmuth; his grandchildren, Brayden, Koralyne, Jeffrey and Alyson; and his siblings, Danny Ragan (Judy), Dewey Ragan (Chris), Donnie Sedwick (Gordy), Dottie Seager, Val Ostrander (Larry), Howard Ostrander, Tony Ragan (Maryann), Angie Wallace (Mike), Dorla Welsch (Bob), Bert Ragan (Tracy) and Sheri Wonch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins all of whom loved him dearly, including countless numbers of friends.
