She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert List; her parents, Gustav Petzold and Helen Petzold; and her brother Rudy Petzold. She is survived by: her children, Geoffrey List (Teresa Plachetka), Laurie Hazel (Mark) and Carmen Bauer (Randy); her grandchildren, Sean O'Connor (Kristyn), Rachel Meisel (Josh), Zachary List, Eric Bauer and Jonathan Bauer; her great grandchildren, Elliot Meisel, Oliver Meisel, Aaron O'Connor and Mia O'Connor; and her brother Chester Petzold (Shirley). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Milly List lost her battle with Alzheimer's disease on February 11, 2020 at the age of 83.
