He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Hulien; his father Cam Connell; and his brother Dennis Connell. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Connell (Beverly) of Shelby Township, MI and Gail Connell; his grandchildren, Melissa Kerr (Brennen) of Frankenmuth, Abigail Wernette of Saginaw, MI and Adam Wernette (Rachael) of Madison Heights, MI; his great grandchildren, Emmett, Nilah Kerr and Iris Wernette; his sisters, Mary Kay Adams and Lynne Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Hulien (Debi) and Louise Brown.
