He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Pippert and Marian Pippert; his brother Ronald Pippert; and his brother-in-law Anthony Vattimo. He is survived by: his close friend Lori Lindow; his daughter Melissa McGovern (David) of Frankenmuth; his grandsons, Sean and Drew; his siblings, Jim Pippert (Martha), Beverly Vattimo and Nancy Moreno (Fred); and his nephews, Jeff Pippert and Justin Pippert (Angela).
