He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Treib and Gladys Treib; his daughter-in-law Jacqueline Treib; and his brothers, Robert Treib, Thomas Treib and David Treib (Denia).
He is survived by: his wife Jill Wellendorf; his children, Laurie Schiefer (Paul) of Frankenmuth, MI, Kenneth Treib of Frankenmuth, MI and Dana Leyva (Ralph) of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren, Paul Jacob Schiefer (Ali), Alex Schiefer (Brandy), Tyler Schiefer, Samantha Treib, Joshua Treib, Emma Leyva and Rowan Leyva; his great grandchildren, Avery, Clark, Elsie and Gwen Schiefer; his sisters, Virginia Thomas, Sally Ross and Dorothy Woods (Roy); and his sisters-in-law, Susie Treib and Barb Luplow. He is also survived by his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
