With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Thompson of Frankenmuth, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Janice departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Janice may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Janice leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lich and Emma Lich; and her husband Robert Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Michael Thompson of Dayton and Lorie Bergelin (Mike) of Bridgeport, MI; and her grandchildren, Jason and Taylor Thompson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frankenmuth United Methodist Church (346 E Vates St, Frankenmuth, MI 48734). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
