He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Cline and Ruth Cline (Allan); his brother Jack; and his son-in-law Frank Roush. He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Richmond; his children, Linda Roush and Roger (Judy); his grandchildren, Matthew Roush, Melissa Young (Jim) and Jeremy Cline (Lauren); his great grandchild Liam Cline; and his sister-in-law Joann Cline.
